Rostered Staff

Our state of the art system holds details of every client we have and each of their representatives. Each client has their own individual script and a related rostered call screen so that the details can be entered of what is to happen with a call once logged on the system and what actions or procedures will follow it.
Rostering details can be altered – amendments made on the rota will be reflected on the myPAlive master system immediately. Things that can change on the rota are, the Client Representatives name, telephone number, times dates etc.


The Rota can also be logged into by the clients and or their Representatives to check shifts and upcoming work schedules. In the event of an emergency out of hours change, you can just log on and amend the details yourself, or contact our Admin team to do it for you.
