Good Customer Service is as important as securing the sale. For large and small businesses it can be a large proportion of your overheads. In many industries customers expect they can phone you and have their queries dealt with well into the evening; are you able to provide that service, can you afford not to?

To begin with our Client Services Manager would visit you and your company to get an understanding of your culture and your product/s. Following that visit they return to the office to put together a training programme for our operators in our call centre. Once we have finalised this programme and had it signed off by you, we set up our systems in order to take your calls (perhaps it would necessitate linking into your own technology), agree a Service Level Agreement, escalation path and begin taking calls.
